Entry Level Welder

For over 100 years and four generations Hanson Companies has been improving the agriculture industry through the development of new products using the finest materials, pride in personal workmanship, and simplicity in engineering. We’re currently looking for an Entry Level Welder and are willing to train.

Job Duties and Tasks

  • Demonstrated reliability
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift
  • A commitment to creating and maintaining a safe work environment
  • Ability to lay out, secure and position parts as well as assemble according to the requirements of the assignment using a combination of straight edge and square rulers.
  • Ability to weld the assemblies and components using arc, electric gas, and other relevant equipment
  • Welding reinforcing bars together in fixtures

Position requirements

  • Must be able to read blueprints
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Steel toe boots are required

Hours for this position are Monday – Friday with possible overtime.

Wage depends on experience.
