Job Title: Precast Concrete Pour Bay Worker

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Precast Concrete Pour Bay Worker to join our production team. This role is responsible for pouring precast concrete for livestock waterers according to the production schedule. Maintenance experience would be a bonus! This is a hands-on position in a growing, family-owned business with strong opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble for future pours
• Pour concrete precast into molds
• Clean up concrete
• Assist with assembly of precast concrete livestock waterers as needed
• General Labor
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, or construction preferred (but not required)
• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to be trained
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with basic plumbing components
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, carry, and work in a physically active environment
